Ingredients:
- Bread Slices (white or wheat)
- Spinach - 1 cup finely chopped
- Garlic - 5-6 cloves - finely chopped
- Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
- Oil - as required
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 350 deg F for 10 min.
- Meanwhile arrange the baking tray. Spray or grease little oil over the baking tray. Arrange the bread slices in the tray. Spread the chopped spinach over each bread slice.
- Then sprinkle chopped garlic over them and finally top them with grated cheese. I used grated mozzarella cheese. you can also use Mexican blend cheese.
- Place them in the oven and bake for 10 min. Remove it carefully from the oven and serve hot.
